Ingredients:

For the Pastry:

1 sheet puff pastry (250g)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

For the Pastry Cream:

500ml (2 cups) milk 🥛

3 egg yolks 🥚

100g (½ cup) sugar

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla extract

30g (2 tbsp) butter

For the Glaze:

100g (¾ cup) powdered sugar

2 tbsp milk or water

50g dark chocolate (melted, for decoration)
